Women Assist Healing Model
A Neuro-Affirming & Trauma-Informed Approach for Women
The Women Assist Healing Model is a holistic framework designed to support women, recovering from trauma, those in caring and professional roles, to move from survival toward healing, self-understanding, and empowerment.
At the centre of the model is Healing & Empowerment, supported by five interconnected areas:
- Safety & Stabilisation – building emotional safety and supporting nervous system regulation
- Neurodivergent Self-Understanding – exploring ADHD, masking, and identity through a strengths-based lens
- Trauma Integration – gently processing complex trauma and rebuilding trust
- Identity & Empowerment – strengthening self-acceptance, boundaries, and values
- Community & Connection – fostering supportive relationships and a sense of belonging
Core Pillars
- Trauma Recovery
- Neurodivergent Support
- Women’s Empowerment
